Our group of friends loved staying in this cozy, quiet location near Robina. We enjoyed the shopping center, restaurants, and bus stop options nearby. The room was pleasant and spacious, and the gym and pool were great for recreation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was secure. We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the room.

Some aspects of the room could use improvement, especially in regards to noise insulation.

customer service was extremely handy. there was a great dining option, krish indian varsity only 500 feet from the hotel.

The bed was big and the staff was quite GREAT. Near dreamworld and all the action.

Spacious corner apartment surrounded by trees. Fantastic location for visiting family in Varsity Lakes. Close to a lake and lovely breakfast cafe. Nearby amenities, including a pub, chemist, and eateries. Comfortable, big bed for a restful stay.

We loved the convenient location close to public transport, making it easy for us to explore this city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the lovely pool and the convenient in-room laundry. The secure and undercover free parking was a major plus as well.

Ultra modern, private, very clean, great customer service & extremely friendly, 1 min. Walk to shops with everything you could need but the Chancellor is in a very quiet location although it's close to the shops. I am a very fussy person & I would happily recommend the Chancellor to any one. A+++

It was the second time my husband and I stayed at the Chancellor apartment complex. We found the unit very spacious with nice high ceilings and lovely and clean! The Apartments are very contemporary and are situated in a nice quiet area of Varsity Lakes - near the Bond Uni, short drive to Surfers etc., Few nice restaurants in easy walking distance, nice and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a nice quiet area close to everything. We loved being able to take walks around the picturesque Lake Orr and the convenience of having shops and restaurants just around the corner. The staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing any issues we had. The room was clean and well-maintained, with great amenities such as air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the BBQ facilities.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Although this place is in a nice quiet area, it can be a bit difficult to reach some of the popular attractions from here. However, the hotel is still suitable for families and offers a range of services that make up for the location.
